Make a lunge by bringing one leg back and the knee to the ground as you extend your arms with the weights. Could you do it again with the other leg? The entire movement counts as one rep. Do 3 sets of 15 reps.
Align your shoulders just above your elbows. Squeeze your legs and glutes. If you find it difficult, support your knees, and if you want more intensity, lift one leg. Repeat on the opposite side. Hold 30 seconds on each leg.
Put your hands beyond your head and raise your legs. Alternate inhalation-exhalation as you rotate your torso sideways and bring the knee of the opposite leg closer. If it is very intense, support your feet. Do 10 reps on each side.
