Mouth Sores Or Canker Sores: How Can They Heal Quickly?

They usually disappear on their own, but it’s helpful to know the treatments that will help you get through sooner. Sores or canker sores are white or yellow ulcers surrounded by a red halo. A good diet. Try to make it varied, rich in vegetables and fruits, and eat foods rich in vitamin C and omega 3, as they are nutrients that will help prevent the onset of these lesions.

Warm food. If you prefer hot meals, avoid it. High temperatures can irritate the mouth and promote the appearance of arrivals.

5. Do Canker Sores Or Mouth Sores Indicate Anything Serious?

In principle, mouth sores don’t have to worry because they don’t pose any health risk in themselves. However, if wounds tend to recur, they are broad and deep and do not heal, it is advisable to consult with your doctor to assess whether there is any relationship with another disease.
